Add linux-f10-gnutls 2.4.2, GNU Transport Layer Security library.

Changes over original shar file at the PR:
. change the maintainer to emulation@ (since it's an infrastructure linux port);
. use the latest version of the package (2.4.2-5.fc10);
. fix pkg-plist.
