- Updated to 1.2.54
- Replaced hard-coded paths in pkg-plist with variables
- Cleaned up installation commands
- Moved crontab file to EXAMPLESDIR and updated pkg-install.in
  to handle port knob NOPORTEXAMPLES
- Regenerated patch files with "make makepatch"
