At the moment 1385 ports use BUILD_DEPENDS= ${RUN_DEPENDS} and 450
ports use BUILD_DEPENDS:= ${RUN_DEPENDS}. This patch fixes ports that are
currently broken. This is a temporary measure until we organically stop using
:= or someone(s) spend a lot of time changing all the ports over.
Explicit duplication > := > = and this just moves ports one step to the left

Update search.cpan.org WWW: entries to have a trailing slash.
Change some URLs from author dirs to dist dirs.
The example in the porter's handbook didn't have the trailing slash;
mea culpa for not having caught that when it went in. |

The Digest::Adler32 module implements the Adler-32 checksum as specified
in RFC 1950. The interface provided by this module is specified in Digest,
but no functional interface is provided.
