PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) is a public key encryption pack-
age to protect E-mail and data files.  It lets you  commu-
nicate  securely  with  people  you've  never met, with no
secure channels needed for prior exchange of  keys.   It's
well featured and fast, with sophisticated key management,
digital signatures, data compression, and  good  ergonomic
design.

Deprecate some ports where I can't find distfiles and upstream

At Kris's request, back out the MACHINE_ARCH spelling correction until

Reorder @unexec lines to clean directory properly    

Install a copy of the manpage as "pgp2" to better co-exist with other   versions
of PGP.    

Finally convert to new ports scheme, remove usa/non-usa stuff, package default  
conf files too    

Convert category security to new layout.  

Update all ports using OpenSSL and RSA to work without rsaref since   it is no
longer required. Apologies to the various maintainers whom I   did not yet hear
back from, but the ports freeze is coming up in a few   hours and I will be
verifying all of these ports on a 4.1 machine   myself to catch any problems.
