Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

FInally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combinatio for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
Siphon is a passive OS fingerprinter which sniffs network traffic passing the local machine and uses characteristics of the TCP stream to identify the operating system running on the endpoints. In contrast to active fingerprinters like nmap and queso, no additional connections need to be made to the target system in order to fingerprint it. WWW: http://www.subterrain.net/projects/siphon/

Mark this port deprecated, with an expiration date of 2004-06-18, so
it'll be removed during the next ports tree cleanup.

As mentioned on ports@, the project has been dead for quite a while now,
and there are better and more up to date tools in the ports tree.
