This is a port of sslwrap.

"... sslwrap is a simple Unix service that sits over any simple TCP service
such as POP3, IMAP, SMTP, and encrypts all of the data on the
connection using TLS/SSL. It uses ssleay to support SSL version 2 and
   3. It can run out of inetd. It can also encrypt data for services
   located on another computer.

It works with the servers you already have, and does not require any
modifications to your existing servers. ..."

Of course, it works with OpenSSL, too.

According to the Porter's Handbook (5.12.2.3.) default options must be added to
OPTIONS_DEFINE. This policy has been implemented only recently that's why we
have many ports violating this policy.

This patch adds the default options specified in the Porter's Handbook to
OPTIONS_DEFINE where they are being used. Ports maintained by
gnome@FreeBSD.org, kde@FreeBSD.org and x11@FreeBSD.org have been excluded.

The vast majority of pkg-descr files had the following format when they
had both lines:

Author: ...
WWW: ....

So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.

Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

Unbreak:

Update s_server.c by the following instruction from the openssl changelog

*) New option SSL_OP_CIPHER_SERVER_PREFERENCE allows the server to override
the clients preferred ciphersuites and rather use its own preferences.
Should help to work around M$ SGC (Server Gated Cryptography) bug in
Internet Explorer by ensuring unchanged hash method during stepup.
(Also replaces the broken/deactivated SSL_OP_NON_EXPORT_FIRST option.)

Update all ports using OpenSSL and RSA to work without rsaref since it is no
longer required. Apologies to the various maintainers whom I did not yet hear
back from, but the ports freeze is coming up in a few hours and I will be
verifying all of these ports on a 4.1 machine myself to catch any problems.
