Since the DAT files are so short lived on the server, have this port
automatically fetch the current DAT file.  The uvscan-dat port will
be removed shortly.

I can't believe I had that link line backwards and I tested it.  Anyways
thanks to Arjo Hooimeijer and Johan Hendriks for pointing it out.

If the system was compiled with COMPAT3X, don't use misc/compat3x

Upgrade to version 4.32.  This also include a script uvscan_secure, which
adds the --secure option.

Move uvscan 4.07e from security/uvscan. This location held an older   version of
the software, so we do this to preserve history. It will   be reimported to
uvscan after the attic has been cleaned out in a few   months.    

Remove vscan which was mistakenly superceded by the uvscan port.    

Use {MASTER,PATCH}_SITE_SUBDIR instead of make's sed capabilities.    

Use the distfiles now on ftp.freebsd.org instead of from my home directory   on
freefall.
