Apple's Time Machine is a great feature in their OS, and FreeBSD has almost all
of the required technology already built in to recreate it. This is a simple GUI
to make it easy to use.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
