- introduce a USE_FUSE macro
- convert all fuse ports to use the new macro
The macro makes sure sysutils/fusefs-libs gets installed and depending on
fuse being in base or not it installs sysutils/fusefs-kmod.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

Add fusefs-gnome-vfs
Interface between FUSE and the Gnome VFS 2.0. It allows the user to mount
everything you can access via the Nautilus file manager. But of course you
can use a convenient CLI instead of the Desktop.
