Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

FInally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combinatio for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
Philesight is a tool to browse your filesystem and see where the diskspace is being used at a glance. Philesight is implemented as a simple command line program that generates PNG files; a wrapper CGI script is supplied to allow navigating through the filesystem. Philesight is actually a clone of the filelight program. Wheres filelight is ment as an interactive, user friendly application for the X-windows desktop, philesight is designed to run on a remote server without graphical user interface. many ruby/rubygem ports: death of rubyforge.org

rubyforge.org shutdown on May 15, 2014. This commit accounts for that by doing
several things:

- Deprecate ruby that had only rubyforge.org as MASTER_SITES (and so are now
  only fetchable via our cache)
- Deprecate ports that depend on those
- Update the WWW pkg-descr line that points to rubyforge.org for rubygem ports
(which are still fetchable from rubygems.org)

The next step will be to remove rubyforge.org from bsd.sites.mk, after these
deprecated ports are deleted.

- Depend on rubygem-cairo instead of deprecated ruby-cairo
Note: i'm not sure this port works correctly, the generated png seems to
always contain: "path '' not found in database"

Most contributors copy an existing port when writing their own so reduce the
number of bad examples in the tree.

- Return my ports back to the pool. I was unable to make any fixes to
my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them. So let people know
that there's no available support for them until things are back to
normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
to fix them without getting approval).
