Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Switch all pypi.python.org WWWs to a new PyPi home pypi.org where
they now redirect to anyway. All new urls checked to return 200,
I've fixed a couple of them in the process.

psutil is a module providing an interface for retrieving information
on running processes and system utilization (CPU, memory) in a portable
way by using Python, implementing many functionalities offered by tools
like ps, top and Windows task manager.
This older version will be required by py-glances.
