Mark broken on powerpc.  While here, delete obsolete alpha stanza.

The vast majority of pkg-descr files had the following format when they
had both lines:

Author: ...
WWW: ....

So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.

Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

A few other various formatting issues

Fix build on systems such as those less than 9.0 which do not have
utmpx.h.  The previous commit had most of the work except for the
OSVERSION driven patch application.

Fix build of qtcsh on with utmpx.h in 9.0.

Upgrade to Grid Engine 6.2u2_1, the latest release from Sun.

In this update I haven't tried to make the GUI installer build.  I'm not
very interested in it and it would add a dependency on Java.

Mark as broken on sparc64.

Bump PORTREVISION so pointhat will try again.  I was under the mistaken
impression that failed ports were retried.

Include varargs prototypes so this works reliably on amd64.
PORTREVISION not bumped because this should be a no-op on other
platforms.

Upgrade to SGE 6.2u1.

Remove fetch dependency of wget as the file is now downloadable with
fetch.

Upgrade to the official 6.2 release.

Remove the option to install DRMAA .jar files as they are not
automatically downloadable due to the move the the sun donwload
center.  Adding a new port to install them or adding an option to use
the manually downloaded would probably be a good idea, but I've been
stalling the upgrade too long as it is.

Hook sysutils/sge62 up post repocopy and upgrade to SGE 6.2beta.
