Fix build due to missing dependencies and false detection of mongodb.
Change reminder for when this port replaces PORTREVISION with
DISTVERSION when next beta is available. This is to avoid a PORTEPOCH
bump.

- openssl became a mandatory dependency
- python and java support are moved from the incubator to syslog-ng core
(well, on FreeBSD they are brand new, as it did not work previously at
all...).
Not quite production ready: Java support does not work as it involves
downloading a truckload of JAR files.

Miscellaneous fixes:
- Fix installation and removal of default configuration: the package
installs syslog-ng.conf.sample, but the port installs syslog-ng.conf.dist
which is also used in the @unexec test.
- Remove empty sgml directory in DOCSDIR (which was not installed by the
package and produced warnings on pkg-delete).
- Install patterndb.d directory from pkg-plist, and use @dirrmtry to remove it.
- Building without libnet.
