- Add LICENSE.
- Add STAGEDIR support.
- Use PORTDOCS.
- Use COPYTREE_SHARE.
- Install nextCatalog for http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl-ns/current
  in the share/xml/catalog.xml.
- Remove rewriteURI/System for http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/*.
- Remove pkg-deinstall.
- Fix WWW: line in pkg-descr.
