search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1:
URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash). After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.

It looks like something is wrong with CPAN propagation author ->
category. Use author's directory instead.
My apologies to the PR's submitter, I closed the PR prematurely thinking
