Delete textproc/pspell.  It's API has been consumed by textproc/aspell.  All
users of pspell should start using aspell immediately.

Remove the post-patch target.  I'm not sure why I added this before,   must have
been a local problem on one of my test machines.    

Correctly build the modules so third-party applications (such as PHP) can   take
advantage of them.    

Fix typo: WRKSC -> WRKSRC    

Actually up PORTVERSION.  I'm not quite sure how this fell out of my   diff...

Rename INSTALLS_SHLIBS to INSTALLS_SHLIB.  (There was a typo in the   previous
commit message to bsd.port.mk, which said INSTALL_SHLIBS.  Boo.)    

Fix MASSIVE typo INSTALL_SHLIBS --> INSTALLS_SHLIBS, which occured because I  
just cun'n'pasted the name from Satoshi's commit message without checking   it.
