This suite is primarily a set of APIs and tools to improve the developer
experience. It also contains a module called the Page Manager whose is
to manage pages. In particular it manages panel pages, but as it grows
it will be able to manage far more than just Panels.

Use USE_DRUPAL instead of including bsd.drupal.mk

Begin process of removal of drupal5 ports:

- Stop using the bsd.drupal.mk in drupal5/ and use the Mk/ version
- Deprecate the drupal5 ports for removal on 29/Aug
