www/mod_pagespeed: Sync the mastersite changes with upstream and Fix
extract/patch
Sync with upstream new repos after they changed addresses on Github
(Therefore disinfo gets updated)
Also while here, fix extract/patch issues caused by r477644
(by adding DISTDIR to `post-extract:` target as well)

mod_pagespeed is an open-source Apache module that automatically optimizes web
pages and resources on them. It does this by rewriting the resources using
filters that implement web performance best practices. Webmasters and web
developers can use mod_pagespeed to improve the performance of their web pages
when serving content with the Apache HTTP Server.
