  o bsd.gecko.mk abstracts the selection of gecko-based backends. It
    allows users and porters to support any available gecko backend

Further partial ia64 build fixes: the xpcom stubs for Linux/ia64
are valid on FreeBSD/ia64 unmodified.

Round 3 of ia64 patches.  With these patches, Mozilla builds, but has the
core dump problem running regchrome.
