Remove do-configure section, use PERL_CONFIGURE now.    

Add dependency on p5-Apache, p5-Apache-Icon, p5-Apache-Language and  
p5-HTML-Parser.    

Add p5-Apache-AutoIndex 0.08, a perl module that can completely replace  
mod_dir and mod_autoindex.
