Despite of its name, Apache::Session does not use mod_perl-specific
modules anywhere.  Since Apache::Session is useful much beyond
mod_perlified environment, make the port to not depend on mod_perl.

Conditionalise several dependencies on PERL_LEVEL to make those ports more
friendly for perl-5.8.0, which has those dependencies included into the
base distribution.

Fix RUN_DEPENDS.

Add patches that cause Apache::Session to give the administrator a   clue as to
WHICH file or directory is missing when it dies because   it is unable to
create, read or write a session file.    

Upgrade to 1.54.    

Remove do-configure section, use PERL_CONFIGURE now.    

Some spaces -> tabs for ports/www.    

Upgrade to 1.53.    

Lots and lots of cleanups.  Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX.   Add
some missing/wrong dependencies.  Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS.  Many  
miscellaneous modifications.  I used more excessive hacks to force p5-Jcode  
and p5-WWW-Search to respect CC/CFLAGS.
