picklefield provides an implementation of a pickled object field.
Such fields can contain any picklable objects.

It is incredibly useful for storing just about anything in the database
(provided it is Pickle-able, of course) when there isn't a 'proper' field
for the job.

Change all occurrences of xmj@chaot.net to johannes@perceivon.net as the owner
requested.

This only affects "Created by" lines with one exception: devel/uclcmd. There the
maintainer is changed. This was overlooked in r416918.
