Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Security update to 4.2.10

     - Now requires p5-Encode >= 2.64 from the converters/p5-Encode
port, as the version bundled with perl is too old.
     - New dependency p5-HTML-FormatExternal

There are database schema updates to apply, but these only affect
people using MySQL

Security update to 4.2.8

The SMIME integration has led to www/rt42 being vulnerable to
shellshock related exploits.

Also contains minor fixes to Oracle DB schema updates from 4.2.7. No
changes for other RDBMS backends.

While here:

  - Drop @dirrmtry from pkg-plist (mostly) and use @dir() to set the
    permissions on ${LOCALBASE}/etc/rt42/

       - Now that the problems with UTF8 in the	DB have	been solved, switch

Note: this update required DB schema changes to be applied. Please
follow the instructions in pkg-message.

Update to 4.2.6

Note: For Postgresql users -- this version of RT requires a
down-graded copy of DBD::Pg which is supplied by the new
databases/p5-DBD-Pg32 port. This may cause conflicts if you have
other consumers of p5-DBD-Pg installed.

Update to 4.2.5

Release Botes:	http://bestpractical.com/release-notes/rt/4.2.5

Note on perl-5.20 support -- CGI.pm is being deprecated in perl CORE,
which may generate warnings. Ultimately it will need to switch to a
separate p5-CGI port. Recommended to stick with perl-5.18 or earier
on production systems for the time being.
