- Deprecate second part of obsoleted zope-related ports. For all
maintained ports approval was received from corresponding maintainers.

Remove DEPRECATED and EXPIRATION_DATE, we still support Zope 2.7.x on ports
tree, doesn't make sense deprecate something that was included on Zope >= 2.8.x |

Add zope-btreefolder2, a Zope product that acts like a Zope folder but can store
many more items.
It also includes CMFBTreeFolder if you have CMF installed.
