Wmclock is an applet which displays the date and time in a dockable
tile in the same style as the clock from the NEXTSTEP(tm) operating
system.  Wmclock is specially designed for the Window Maker window
manager and features multiple language support, twenty-four-hour
and twelve-hour (am/pm) time display, and, optionally, can run a
user-specified program on a mouse click.

Fix the values in distinfo.

Update to version 1.0.14.
This release adds Croatian and Polish language files.
The day and week patches have been integrated, as has Debian's
nopolling patch.
Take ownership of the port since I now maintain the upstream code.

- Remove old-style signature from pkg-descr
- Add a patch obtained from project's website (from debian) to disable polling
  by calling select() instead of usleep()
- Bump PORTREVISION
- Take maintainership

- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+
