Pbi-thumbnailer is a tool that integrates with Nautilus, and produces
thumbnails for PC-BSD installer (PBI) files.  PBIs may contain custom icons,
and this tool will show those icons instead of the generic executable icon.

Update to 0.9.2 which really fixes the segfault trying to thumbnail a file
without a custom icon.  For some reason, 0.9.1 shipped with the 0.9 code.

Update to 0.9.1 which fixes a crash if a PBI doesn't contain a custom
icon.

Add pbi-thumbnailer, a tool which generates icon thumbnails for PC-BSD
installer files.  It is designed to be used with the Nautilus file manager.
