Update fontconfig to 2.11.1.

While here:
 - Drop :keepla from USES=libtool
 - Use INSTALL_TARGET for stripping
 - Sprinkle some carrier returns in the post-install target so they stay within
77 char length.
 - Switch to @sample for config file
 - Remove @dirrm[try]'s from plist

Undiagnosed ARMv6 core dump occurs when using GCC with fontconfig.

Avoid this crash and resore compiles via CLANG.
