As announced 2 months ago, remove these deprecated or broken ports.

Mark as deprecated: either fails to fetch, and has done so for some time;
and/or fails to build; and/or the maintainer has recommended
that the ports are obsolete and should be deleted.

In each of these cases, the port has been in trouble for quite some time.
The deprecation date is set for April 09, 2004, except for a very few
ports that are in really bad shape (or the maintainer has recommended
deletion), in which case they are set for March 09, 2004.

If anyone wants to keep these ports in the ports collection, now is
the time to step up and fix them.

Add USE_SUBMAKE, where it might be necessary.

Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;   the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if   make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to   the echo command.  
 

Merge the patches that were added to x11/XFree86 in these several   months. 
This should fix the build on 5-CURRENT and help some video   chips.  See
x11/XFree86's history for details.    

Change PATCHDIR from patches/ to files/.  Also change PKGDIR (pkg/ to   .) and
other pkg variables if they are nearby.    

Use MASTER_SITE_XFREE.    

Add BUILD_DEPENDS to devel/imake-4 -- USE_X_PREFIX does not   imply the
existence of xmkmf in XFree86-4.    

(1) Add new variable, XFREE86_VERSION, to specify which version of       XFree86
(3 or 4) to depend to when USE_XLIB is set.       XFREE86_VERSION defaults to 3
for now, but adventurous users can       override it in /etc/make.conf.  When
XFREE86_VERSION=3, USE_XLIB       will add a dependency to x11/XFree86; when it
is set to 4, the       dependency will be to x11/XFree86-4-libraries.  When     
 XFREE86_VERSION=4, the PKG_IGNORE_DEPENDS and ALWAYS_BUILD_DEPENDS       hacks
to avoid messing with XFree86 are turned off.    

Update the base XFree86 to 3.3.6.    

Rename INSTALLS_SHLIBS to INSTALLS_SHLIB.  (There was a typo in the   previous
commit message to bsd.port.mk, which said INSTALL_SHLIBS.  Boo.)    

Fix MASSIVE typo INSTALL_SHLIBS --> INSTALLS_SHLIBS, which occured because I  
just cun'n'pasted the name from Satoshi's commit message without checking   it. 
  

Second round of INSTALL_SHLIBS=yes fixes.
