Depend on x11-wm/fvwm2 instead of x11-wm/fvwm2-devel, which has been deleted
because it is no longer supported by fvwm.org.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
