Update to 0.0.10731.    

Explicitly pass --datadir and --localstatedir to the configure script to  
prevent bsd.gnome.mk from supplying its own versions instead.    

Various patches (mainly shared library revision changes) for those   ports that
depend on GNOME and need to change for 1.4    

Don't use chown root in post-extract target as it makes impossible to build the 
 port if uid != 0.
