  deprecatd, use all ports based on FOX16 instead.

  This version supports both FOX 1.0 and FOX 1.2, and the port use FOX 1.2
  by default. FOX 1.0 version is available under OPTIONS
- Add slave port fxscintilla-fox10
- Switch ruby-fox port to fxscintilla-fox10
