- Removed FOX10 and all ports that depend of it. These ports are
  deprecatd, use all ports based on FOX16 instead.

- Update fxscintilla to 1.62
  This version supports both FOX 1.0 and FOX 1.2, and the port use FOX 1.2
  by default. FOX 1.0 version is available under OPTIONS
- Add slave port fxscintilla-fox10
- Switch ruby-fox port to fxscintilla-fox10
