Reset maintainership de jure. In fact KDE 3 has not been maintained by our team
for a long time, not to mention upstream.

Discussed a while ago among the KDE/FreeBSD team.

Fix handling of overlong UTF8 sequences in Qt and kdelibs, which, unpatched,

We change PKGNAMEPREFIX conditionally, but ports uses PKGNAME for the
${.target}_finished cookie-files. Result: Breakage!

Work around this for now by setting the name of the the cookies ourselves.

Forced commit to record my mistake: Andy Fawcett only approved the first
part of the previous commit -- adding the patch to qrichtext.cpp.

The second part (dropping the requirement of particular versions of the
graphics libraries -- jpeg, mng, png) was not approved.

Add the patch created by KDE people, that addresses a very annoying
problem in many Qt-based programs -- tabs are replaced by spaces. The
patch is straight from KDE's qt-copy CVS tree and should be present in
the next version of Qt. Bump PORTREVISION.

While here, stop requiring exact versions of png, jpeg, and mng --
anything the user's system has at the time of port-building will satisfy
Qt.
