- Move from versioned tcl/tk CATEGORIES to simple tcl and tk categories

- Add ruby 1.9 support
- Implement new knobs for gems and rake (these are included in
  ruby 1.9 distribution already). Also move gem bits from
  ruby-gems/Makefile.common to bsd.ruby.mk[1]. Now to depend
  on gems or rake you should define USE_RUBYGEMS/USE_RAKE
  accordingly. Also RAKE_BIN variable is provided for
  pointing to the right rake executable.
- Rewrite RUBY_SCHEBANG in awk to eliminate build dependency
  on ruby.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Unbreak and fix pkg-plist

This port is scheduled for deletion on 2005-09-22 if it is still broken
at that time and no PRs have been submitted to fix it.

BROKEN: Incomplete pkg-plist

Update lang/ruby18 and the bundled modules to the latest 1.8 branch
snapshot as of 2004-05-02.

- Use Tk 8.4 rather than 8.2.
- Unbreak installation with Ruby 1.8 and add missing files to
pkg-plist that only exist in 1.8.

De-pkg-comment.

Unbreak packaging for ruby 1.8.

Use RUBY_MOD*.

cd dir && command -> cd dir; command

Update ruby to the 1.6.5 release.    

Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Alter the build process for the standard libraries of Ruby.    

Use RUBY_PORTVERSION, RUBY_DISTNAME and RUBY_WRKSRC.    

Fix MD5_FILE (files/md5 -> distinfo).    

Update to Ruby 1.6.1.  Many bugs have been fixed since 1.6.0. :)    

Now bsd.ruby.mk is automatically included by bsd.port.mk when USE_RUBY   or
USE_LIBRUBY is defined, individual ruby ports no longer need to   include it
explicitly.    

Update to Ruby 1.6.0 official release.    

Split rubytk into ruby-tcltklib and ruby-tk.
