XView (X Window-System-based Visual/Integrated Environment for
Workstations) is a user-interface toolkit to support interactive,
graphics-based applications running under the X Window System.  The
appearance and functionality of XView applications follow the OPEN
LOOK Graphical User Interface (GUI) specification.

This package contains the olwm window manager, which is a ICCCM-compliant
window that adheres to the OPEN LOOK (TM) user interface.  

The complete list of XView clients contained in this package are:

	clock		An XView clock application.  
	cmdtool		An XView terminal emulator.
	olwm		The OPENLOOK window manager.
	olwmslave	'helper' program for olwm.

This fixes cmdtool and shelltool terminal handling and utmpx issues under
9.0.

 - remove MD5

Assume maintainership.

Convert most of remaining ports that depend on xorg-libraries to
modular xorg.

- supply corresponding USE_XORG for all imake-using ports that need it
- USE_IMAKE no longer implies USE_XLIB in absence of USE_XORG
- retire USE_X_PREFIX which is not really used anywhere after the
  above change
- a few minor nits like whitespace and SF macro

- Welcome X.org 7.2 \o/.
- Set X11BASE to ${LOCALBASE} for recent ${OSVERSION}.
- Bump PORTREVISION for ports intalling files in ${X11BASE}.

No need to build all of xview again, we only need to patch it.  Add missing
USE_IMAKE dependency to allow this.  This also fixes the package build.

Needs extracted xview as a patch-dependency. I don't now why the behviour
seems to have changed, though.

Unbreak by not creating empty directories. Note that this patch will be
applied after the initial xview-build and relies on correctly detecting
that the Makefile must be regenerated.

Convert category x11-toolkits to new layout.  

Define MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR=asami/LOCAL_PORTS as these are moved to my   area on
the local ports tree.
