Popular virtual window manager for X

Fvwm is a very famous window manager for X, which provides a
virtual/multiple disjoint desktop, a 3-D look for windows decorations,
shaped/color icons. It gives a very good emulation of mwm. A nice
button-bar can be used to provide convenient access to frequently used
functions or programs.

Add EXPIRATION to ports marked DEPRECATED that do not already have it. [1]
Date set to 2011-09-30 since that's > 1 month in all cases. Feel free to
change it to something more appropriate.

Change DEPRECATED to IGNORE for security/openvpn-beta to better fit the
intention.

Mark FVWM 2.4 deprecated. It is no longer supported by fvwm.org. We will
keep it here for those who still need fvwm-2.4.20 however our support for it
is limited.
