x11-wm/sawfish2 -> x11-wm/sawfish

Rename this ports to use the real vendor package name. The advantage of this
is to allow our users' keyword search works and easier for users to file the
Bugzilla report when they use our name of ports. Debian, Gentoo, NetBSD and
other OSs have the correct package name, but not in our ports tree.

My team, FreeBSD GNOME Team, have agreed with it.

As for other ports, chase the rename.

Bump PORTREVISION to chase the glib20 shared library update.

Bump PORTREVISION to chase the glib20 shared lib version change.

Bump PORTREVISIONS for all ports that depend on atk or pango to ease in the
big upgrade.

Move a bunch of now unique stuff out of gnomehier and into
the ports that really own the directories.

Chase the glib20 update, and bump all affected ports' PORTREVISIONs.

I missed the previously defined configure args.  Add --with-esd to those
to prevent a build failure in themer.

Make esound support permanent since esound must be installed to install
the rep-gtk2 dependency.  Not having esound permanent was messing up
the package builds.

Remove the renaming of Xft headers and library from the Xft (Xft2) port.
Remove installing of Xft1 from XFree86-4-libraries, and add dependencies

Update to 1.2 and bump PORTEPOCH.  Yes, 1.2 is actually newer than 2.0.

GNOME has just changed the layout of their FTP site.  This resulted in
making all the distfiles unfetachable.  Update all GNOME ports that fetch
from MASTER_SITE_GNOME to fetch from the correct location.

The FreeBSD GNOME team is proud to present GNOME 2.0 Release.

Update to the latest GNOME 2 snapshot.
