- update to 0.5.2~pre1, that should fix build on 10.0

while here:
- remove stale MASTER_SITE
- remove leading article from COMMENT
- remove check for unsupported version of FreeBSD, and
  drop no more needed inclusions of bsd.port.[pre|post].mk
- add INSTALLS_ICONS per portlint
