[MAINTAINER] x11/login.app: mark deprecated

        Mark port deprecated. It seems to be discontinued by its
        author, and x11/slim is a fork which is actively worked on.

        Is the hint in the reason for deprecation ok, or do deprecation
        messages have to be specific strings?

[maintainer-update] fix x11/login.app build error

        Does two unrelated things:
        1) add linker flag to fix build [untested]
        2) fix startup script [tested]

        Whether 1) will work I have no idea. On my own machine,
        everything works all right, and the errorlogs are
        confusing. 2) is needed.

x11/login.app : update and take maintainership

        This updates x11/login.app from 2.0.0.a7_1 to 2.1.1 and
        transmits maintainership from ports@freebsd.org to me.

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

Define USE_PERL5_BUILD, not erroneous USE_PERL.

Define USE_PERL to make Perl available for (mostly deprecated)
"perl -pi -e" construction.

to take over them.

Fix another fennerism. MASTER_SITE (http://wm.current.nu/) has been cracked  
and all information on it erased, so put distfiles temporarly at  
MASTER_SITE_LOCAL.    

Update version number of wmraster shared library.    

Style fixes for ports/x11.    

Add additional theme distributed by the author along with login.app itself and  
make it default theme.    

- Update to 2.0.0.a7;   - make it PREFIX, X11BASE and LOCALBASE clean;   -
adjust default font, so login.app should work OOB;   - new MASTER_SITE and WWW; 
 - make GNUstep theme default theme instead of Linux one (it's nasty to see    
big `LINUX' letters on FreeBSD login screen ;);   - adjust scripts, so `Restart'
and `Power-off' buttons work just OOB.    

Whitespace-only:   Make indentation uniform across my ports.    

(1) Add new variable, XFREE86_VERSION, to specify which version of       XFree86
(3 or 4) to depend to when USE_XLIB is set.       XFREE86_VERSION defaults to 3
for now, but adventurous users can       override it in /etc/make.conf.  When
XFREE86_VERSION=3, USE_XLIB       will add a dependency to x11/XFree86; when it
is set to 4, the       dependency will be to x11/XFree86-4-libraries.  When     
 XFREE86_VERSION=4, the PKG_IGNORE_DEPENDS and ALWAYS_BUILD_DEPENDS       hacks
to avoid messing with XFree86 are turned off.
