Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1:
URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash). After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.

Since the module uses freedb.org by default now, the note on the cddb.com vs.
freedb.org issue became irrelevant and needs to be removed from pkg-descr.
