- Completely restructure the port to follow other mysql* ports
  (too many improvements to be listed here)
- Correctly support PTHREAD_LIBS/CFLAGS
- Use USE_GNOME=lthack
- Propagate DB_DIR in package [1]

- Bump PORTREVISION
