devel/app-builder: Revert "devel/app-builder: update to 4.2.0"

This reverts commit 0fd062365a39e9efa39d127e351071dd52e4b4a8.

The update caused such error that it cannot find necessary node
modules when creating a distributable package of electron
applications.

Regenerate all distfiles using gitlab as source.

This regeneration is required as the new gitlab version changed
the address and the directory the source files can be downloaded.

This commit also applies some small fixes to make sure all ports using
gitlab are buildable.

New port: devel/app-builder

Generic helper tool to build app in a distributable formats. Used by
electron-builder but applicable not only for building Electron
applications.
