Worldforge libraries in the past 10 years.

new .so version changes in affected ports
change some ports to use USE_GCC=4.7+ (tested with 4.7 and 4.8) as this is
needed for dependencies to devel/atlas-devel
finally fix the compilation error in games/ember for at least FreeBSD 9
