Replace Mk/bsd.kde4.mk by Mk/Uses/kde.mk in preparation for KDE Frameworks and
Plasma5 ports
At the moment KDE ports use bsd.kde4.mk to handle their dependencies. When
working on the ports for KDE Frameworks and Plasma5 it seemed to be more
reasonable to create a new kde.mk instead of adding an bsd.kde5.mk.
The kde.mk in this review is a stripped down version of the one we are using in
the KDE Test repositories plasma5 branch [1] to only contain the parts relevant
to the current KDE4 ports in the portstree [2].
Changes to the KDE Ports needed by this:
Replace USE_KDE4 by USE_KDE [3]
Add USES=kde:4 [4]
[1] http://src.mouf.net/area51/view/branches/plasma5/KDE/Mk/Uses/kde.mk
[2] The version in the plasma5 branch also handles frameworks/plasma5 and
handles MASTER_SITES via a KDE_DIST variable similar to bsd.qt.mk for Qt
Ports -- I chose to leave this out for now, as the diff is already large
enough.
[3] I chose USE_KDE instead of USE_KDE4, USE_KDE5, USE_KDEX as the version we
want is already specified as argument to kde:<arg>
[4] For KDE Frameworks and Plasma5 ports this would be kde:5

New port: devel/grantlee5 and Uses/grantlee.mk
The upcoming KDE Frameworks ports need grantlee5
* Add devel/grantlee5 and move installed headers into a subdirectory
include/grantlee5
* Move header files from devel/grantlee into a subdirectory
include/grantlee4
to make sure ports do not pick up the wrong headers
* Add Uses/grantlee.mk to handle the PLIST_SUB and LIB_DEEPENDS needed
by ports using grantlee (before we set the PLIST_SUB manual in very
of the depending ports, which now should not be needed anymore).
* The ports depending on devel/grantlee have been modified from
LIB_DEPENDS=libgrantlee_gui.so:devel/grantlee
to
USES=grantlee:4
as this does not affect the package no version bumped was made.

Change header installation location for kdelibs4-based ports.
Install x11/kdelibs4's headers into include/kde4 instead of include (which
consequently causes several other ports to have their installation paths
changed too).
The idea behind this is to reduce path conflicts between KDE4 ports and the
upcoming KDE Frameworks 5 ports that will be installed into include/KF5. If
we continue installing the KDE4 headers into include/, we can end up in a
situation like this:
c++ [...] -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/local/include/KF5 file.cpp
If the KDE4 and KF5 versions of a port have the same headers, the KDE4 port
will unintentionally be picked up first and the build will fail.
Most of this huge patch is just PORTREVISION bumps, pkg-plist changes and a
few patches to FooConfig.cmake files to make them look into the kde4/
subdirectory in include/.
Changes which don't fit into the above are:
- deskutils/kdepimlibs4: Import an upstream patch to remove some double
semicolons that cause base GCC to fail. They have always been present, but
since the faulty header was referenced via -isystem /usr/local/include
this never caused any problems.
- devel/subversion, devel/subversion18: Update patch-configure. The current
kwallet changes there date back to 2011 (r272490), at a time when the
build could fail when both KDE3 and KDE4 were installed. Replace those
bits with a change I've submitted upstream to use the kde4-config program
to determine where KDE4's headers and libraries are installed instead of
assuming the headers are always in include/.
Once again, huge thanks to Tobias Berner <tcberner@gmail.com> for being the
first one to notice this problem when working on the KDE Frameworks 5 ports,
coming up with the solution and bugging me until I had time to work on this
and ask for the exp-run :-)

MASTER_SITES cleanup.
- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.
While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.
Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Fix build of kdevelop on FreeBSD8 and 9
devel/kdevplatform requires a c++11 conformant compiler and runtime
libraries. Further, it exposes these requirements to its consumer
PORTS by exposing c++11 stl interfaces in its header files.
Also, devel/kdevelop requires a c++11 runtime library by its usage of
initializer lists on top of its kdevplatform consumage.
Have the kdevplatform, kdevelop and kdevelop-php PORTS require a
corresponsing toolchain by USEing compiler:c++11-lib
While here, add cmake:outsource to these ports.

Update kdevelop to version 4.7.0
Merge the area51's revisions 10454, 10455, 10485 (partially) and 10486:
Revision Log
Revision 10454: Fix options
Run-Time references on Okteta/Kasten used to be emited independend of
the OKTETA option switch, if Okteta/Kasten was installed on the system
at build time.
Honour the option and force CMake to ignore the presence of Okteta by
specifying KDE's macro_optional_find_package preemptive abort macro.
Revision 10455: Update kdevelop to version 4.7
Okteta OPTION tracking was fixed in the last commit. Further, preemt
the installation of okteta-specific NLS data if the OKTETA switch is
disabled, which causes remnants. Also, remove any @dirrm and @dirrmtry
plist statements.
Builds and works on 10.1.
Revision 10485 (partially): Remove kdehier references
PORTS Revision 371194 by makc removed kdehier references from two
ports.
Original commit message for revision 371194:
finance/skrooge and devel/kdevplatform:
- Chase devel/grantlee update
- remove deprecated USE_KDE4=kdehier
Merge that commit, and while doing so remove any remaining kdehier
reference on it within area51.
Revision 10486: Add newline-at-end-of-file

GCC 4.2 in FreeBSD 8.X/9.X base is now too old to compile OpenEXR, so

currently.)
Add two patches to OpenEXR to permit building it in a live system with

- Fix the build with libc++ by backporting some upstream commits.
In short, kdevplatform used to have a copy of Google's sparsehash library
but had a hardcoded config.h file that assumed libstdc++ and its
non-standard hash_fun.h header were used. kdevplatform master got rid of
its sparsehash altogether and replaced it with some much simpler code.
These change were backported by the developers after we reported our
