emulators/i386-wine: Remove port.
This port and its pre-built binaries have not been updated lately and
emulators/wine is now providing i386 support on amd64, so remove the
i386-wine port.
Adjust CONFLICTS_INSTALL on related ports and simplify (and update both
user and developer documentation in emulators/wine).

Explain why I won't update this port (newer versions simply won't even
start on any version of FreeBSD).

Wine sees itself as a compatibility layer rather than an emulator. Honor
that, and also use the term "Unix-like systems" instead of "Unix".

Update to the 20031212 snapshot of Wine, which brings some simplifications.
Remove specific versions of Windows from pkg-descr and COMMENT, as there are
simply too many now, due to Microsoft's marketing.

Take into account that Wine now requires a configuration file in the home
directory of every user instead of a global $PREFIX/etc/wine.conf. Remove
redundant information from pkg-descr on the way.

and cleanups to pkg-comment and pkg-descr.
