graphics/gexiv2: update to 0.12.0

This includes/obsoletes our patches.
The vala api of gexiv2 changed, this needed to be reflected in
graphics/shotwell (no other port seems to use the vala interface).

graphics/gexiv2: avoid crash in gnome-photos

if gexiv2 is build using "--version-script", gnome-photos crashes in
libexiv2. without "--version-script", everything seems to be fine.
