Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

When there is a do-install target, do not use a post-install target, do
everything at once. Sometime, rename post-install into a options helper
target.

I did not fix ports that were such a mess that I could not figure out
what they really wanted to do. I also did not change ports that had
some version of an auto-plist code in post-install, for the same reason.

Update to version 1.9.1

New Features
 * Add new GroupByPlugIn in Tools>Analysis menu
 * Add a plugin to remove spikes from polygonal geometries
 * Deactivate RemoveSpike plugin

Improvements
 * If a datastore table has several geometries, secondary geometries
are read as AttributeType.OBJECT attributes rather than STRING so
that datastore driver can easily write them back as a byte array.
 * Better handling of readOnly attributes in PostGIS writer
 * Add Boolean and Long AttributeType in AttributeCalculator (beanshell)
 * Null boolean was not handled correctly in datastore datasources.
 * Refactoring of DataStore framework. Prepare writing capabilities
   for multiple kinds of drivers.

According to the Porter's Handbook (5.12.2.3.) default options must be added to
OPTIONS_DEFINE. This policy has been implemented only recently that's why we
have many ports violating this policy.

This patch adds the default options specified in the Porter's Handbook to
OPTIONS_DEFINE where they are being used. Ports maintained by
gnome@FreeBSD.org, kde@FreeBSD.org and x11@FreeBSD.org have been excluded.

Coming from 1.5.1, this brings many new features, improvements and bugfixes.
Some more interesting are

- adding support for GeoTIFF
- add a PostGIS writer
- new csv driver with an automatic mode

A suitable PostGIS driver has to be manually installed from the OpenJUMP plugins
pages,
because there are many different PostGIS versions around.

OpenJUMP is an open source GIS software written in Java. It is based on
JUMP GIS by Vivid Solutions. It's features include:
    * It is a Vector GIS that can read rasters as well.
    * OpenJUMP is known to work on Windows, Linux and Mac platforms, but
should work on any operating system that runs Java 1.5 or later.
    * It is not just another free demo viewer, but you can edit, save,
analyze etc. with JUMP / OpenJUMP.
    * It works, even with medium size datasets, and with professional
touch.
    * It provides a GIS API with a flexible plugin structure, so that
new features are relatively easy to develope around the sound mapping
platform.
    * It utilises standards like GML, WMS and WFS.
    * It is already translated in English, Finnish, French, German,
Italian, Portugese and Spanish. The translation in other languages is in
progress.
