Update distinfo and unbreak this port

- While I'm here:
  - Add USES=php
  - Fix indent

Content of tarballs are unchanged (checked against [1]).

=> Image_3D-0.4.2.tgz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/PEAR.
