Update distinfo and unbreak this port

- While I'm here:
  - Add USES=php
  - Fix indent

Content of tarballs are unchanged (checked against [1]).

=> Image_Barcode2-0.2.3.tgz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/PEAR.

With PEAR::Image_Barcode2 class you can create a barcode representation of a
given string.

This class uses GD function because this the generated graphic can be any of
GD supported image types.
