- Add support for MagickStatisticImage() (reference

- Fixes build with newer ImageMagick
- Fixes build when ImageMagick is installed in non-standard location
- Add support for MagickSetImageEndian().
- MagickWand for PHP no longer fails to build in ZTS mode.
