Cleanup mail/bmf

- Cleanup MYSQL option: properly declare libmysqlclient dependency,
  unbreak with other mysql version/variants
- Respect CC and CFLAGS
- Remove post-patch and simplify with BINARY_ALIAS
- Do not strip binaries twice
- Generate manpages and install them again
